Return/Refund Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom printed items. Custom printed items such as screen printed, DTG or other personalized Merchandise Items (T shirts, sweatshirts, or other imprintables) cannot be refunded as they are custom items printed to the customers custom artwork and cannot be restocked.

ALL ORDERS PLACED ONLINE ARE CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

What can be returned:

If a reprint is requested, and the product is found to be defective, Queen B Custom Graphics will reprint at no charge to the customer with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Samples and photos of the defective product may be requested prior to any action being taken.

If a print is found to be defective due to the fault of Queen B Custom Graphics, then you may contact us to request a reprint, an in-store credit, or refund. Queen B Custom Graphics must be contacted via e-mail at queenbcustomgraphics@gmail.com or by phone at 573-645-8665.

Delivery Policy:

As most customers are local, Queen B Custom Graphics will do its best to accommodate, delivery may be requested, but products are primarily available for pick up at 478 Loose Creek Hwy, Loose Creek MO 65054. Shipping is available at cost to customer and will be handled by case by case solutions. As printing time is always a variable, delivery time will vary upon peak seasons. But we will work to provide the quickest turnaround as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

Again this is a case by case solution. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of original order being made in insure full refund.
